New Projects 2009 & 2010

Summa is moving forward, new projects in construction 2009 & 2010:
- Bow Valley Supportive Housing Apartments; This project is a 150 Suite Seniors care apartment building for Metropolitan Calgary Foundation. Construciton is a mix of non-combustible and wood frame construction. Construction began in July 2008 with expected completion in the summer of 2010.

Century Group - Liberty Junction; This project is a long term community development for Century Group from Vancouver, British Columbia. The Project is located in Red Deer, Alberta and is in the development and design phase. Construciton is a mix of Townhouse, Apartment and Commercial construction. Construction is expected to begin in 2010.
